Training, Implementation, Engagement
Dr Peter Lovatt runs a training academy called Movement in Practice. Movement in Practice is a place to learn about the psychology of movement, and also to develop movement-based implementation plans – to enhance the human experience in business, education, dance, health and social care settings.
Move-Assure is an example of a Movement in Practice Implementation Plan, which seeks to enhance mental wellbeing through movement and education. Move-Assure, it’s not a workout, it’s wellbeing.
Peter loves to engage people with the psychology of movement. He does this by speaking at events, writing books and appearing on TV, radio and in the international media.
